There is a workaround proposed there to drop a dependency on ang-drag-
drop, not sure of any consequences in doing so.
Please note grafana is a universe package, supported entirely by
community. A tested debdiff for sponsoring to resolve startup issue
alone may be suitable for SRU.
An upgrade to a major new version is not suitable fix for stable series.
