Interestingly, the page at http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial-updates /cups-daemon shows the dependency has already been updated to = 2.1.3-4ubuntu0.2. Could this be a caching issue? I'm using apt-cacher- ng, so I'm going to try to force it to update.
