Calc appears to hang with any CSV file on my system. I created a CSV
file containing a single line as follows:

"one", "two", "three"

When I attempted to open it, Calc hung and I had to force it to quit.

Some more interesting behavior occurred when I attempted to open an
empty CSV file. In this case, Calc first put up the "Filter Selection"
dialog. When I selected "Text CSV" and clicked "OK", Calc hung as
before. The interesting part is that when I looked at the empty file it
was full of binary data. The "file" utility reports it to be a
"Microsoft Office Document".
