Public bug reported:
The following command works perfectly in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (dcmtk version
3.6.1), but gives warnings in the version compiled for Ubuntu 16.10
(dcmtk version 3.6.1). Since dcmtk seems to be the same, i assume there
is some compilation issue.
