We have updated packages built for the OSK which add support for Persian
input and for more convenient cursor movement (bug 1566172). These
packages also include a number of bug fixes to improve OSK interaction
in the desktop/laptop/tablet form-factors.
This adds one new package: ubuntu-keyboard-persian which follows the
same structure as all the existing ubuntu-keyboard-<language> packages.
These packages are optional and the OSK functionality is enabled by
default in unity8.
