python-biopython's build-dependency is on:
phyml [any-amd64 any-i386 arm64 armhf sparc64],
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-med/python-
biopython.git/tree/debian/control#n30
So I think phyml s390x/ppc64el can be removed, or did I miss something?
