You try to install Xubuntu in BIOS mode and choose as target for Grub a
disk with GPT as partition table.
You have also an EFI-System-Partition on this disk, so it is probable,
that you have a Windows installed in EFI mode. To get a dualboot you
have to start the installer also in EFI mode.
If you like to install Xubuntu in BIOS mode, either you create a
"bios_grub"-partition or you choose another disk with MBR/MSDOS as
partition table as target for Grub.
