I thought it was caused by overclocking, but now I'm pretty sure it
doesn't (passes CPU/RAM stress tests under Windows). I'm also
encountering this issue for approximately one week now when watching
youtube in up to date Firefox Nightly, here is my log:

When happens I can't kill Firefox process, it stucks with 96% CPU usage. I also 
can't open Chromium Unstable or reboot system properly, but I can open 
terminal, get log and save it using gedit on SSD, so system is kind of stuck, 
but somehow partially.

Also I see swapops.h file, from the name it should be related to swap,
but I don't have any at all.
