That video was sent to me by a user. When U7 is up and running for long
on Xenial, clicking on a dash element is received by the window behind
the dash. In the video it seems like a corner case of mouse grab is
triggered. It's difficult to reproduce but worth investigating what
happens because there have been reported other grab-related problems
(eg. in expo mode).
