Thanks for that fix. However, can you please provide debdiffs in this
bug as well for sponsoring purposes? Couple of other nits:

I took a look at the PPA's generated debdiffs and saw that (at least)
the xenial one incorrectly indicates in debian/changelog that 1.2.6p12-1
is from xenial, when it is from Debian unstable (i'm not sure how that
happened).

Also, please run `update-maintainer` since there is now an Ubuntu delta.

It appears this is something that also needs fixing in 17.04 and 16.10,
can debdiffs be provided for those? SRUs can't be sponsored without the
development release being fixed first.

And finally, is this a bug upstream? Or a backport of an upstream fix?
Can there be DEP3 headers as appropriate?
