Public bug reported:

The linux-mako (android derived linux kernel for Nexus 4 phones) and
linux-flo (android derived linux kernel for 2013 Nexus 7 tablets)
packages have not been regularly updated and contain a large number of
unfixed security issues:

  http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-security/cve/pkg/linux-mako.html
  http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-security/cve/pkg/linux-flo.html

The Ubuntu kernel team is not maintaining these kernel packages. Please
remove them from the archive.

They should not be seeded in anything.
