When upgrading my notebook (HP Compaq nw9440) from 7.04 Feisty Fawn to
7.10 Gutsy Gibbon (today at about 12:00 CET) the sound device stopped
functioning. It seems like Ubuntu fails to detect the hardware
correctly. Everything else seems to be running smoothly.
