Public bug reported:
Other headers files of the libsigc++-2.0-dev library are requiring
sigc++config.h that doesn't exist.
For instance /usr/include/sigc++-2.0/sigc++/signal_base.h at line 25.
This bug makes the library unusable for development, I copied a
sigc++config.h of my own to fix this.
