Public bug reported:

Impact
------
gnome-photos 3.24.1 is a bugfix release in the stable 3.24 series.

This app is included in Ubuntu GNOME and Ubuntu Budgie.

It includes a fix for changing the aspect ratio when cropping. Also, the
app stopped using a deprecated API so that the Flatpak version would
work better.

Test Case
---------
Install the update. Run the Photos app. Crop a photo. Before finalizing the
crop, change the aspect ratio. Does the resulting image look right?

Also make sure the Help button works correctly after the deprecated API
removal.

Regression Potential
--------------------
The biggest change here is the deprecated API removal but it looks reasonable.
