Binary package hint: konqueror
The bug appears when the id of the samba user is quite long like "name.surname".
In this case, konqueror abbreviates the id name with some dots in something
like "nam...rname".
So it sends to samba the id abbreviated, not the complete one, ane the
authentication fails.
