Clicking on the buttons in the "keep configuration" dialog with the mouse works here, however the "keep configuration" dialog does not have focus by default which is a problem if you are working with the keyboard only and no mouse. I already had firefox open and ALT+TAB to firefox and ALT+TAB back to video settings focused the "keep configuration" dialog and it was possible to navigate between the buttons using SHIFT+TAB and TAB and press ENTER to select the highlighted button.
