Have similar problems with left button on USB wireless mouse Logitech M187 on HP ProBook 470 G3, while build‑in touchpad button works perfectly. I cannot say what is the trigger of such abnormal behavior and this happens not everytime. But when it does, it's almost always after the OS is launched. After some time of working mouse button sensitivity becomes normal. Maybe there are some problems with mouse input reading frequency?
