Looks like apt thinks there are some packages that need configured, but
dpkg thinks they are already configured:

dpkg: error processing package chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra (--configure):
package chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra is already installed and configured
dpkg: error processing package libfreetype6:amd64 (--configure):
package libfreetype6:amd64 is already installed and configured
dpkg: error processing package grub-common (--configure):
package grub-common is already installed and configured

** Package changed: grub2 (Ubuntu) => apt (Ubuntu)
