Hello
I try to install `ttf-mscorefonts-installer` package, which depends of your
`update-notifier-common` package on ubuntu 14.04 and it failed cause
```
update-notifier-common : Depends: update-manager-core (>= 1:0.196.23) but it is
not going to be installed
```
I reproduce a problem with minimal Dockerfile
```
FROM ubuntu:14.04
RUN apt-get -y update && apt-get install -y update-notifier-common
```
Seems this error start to happened yesterday
