Public bug reported:

In Xenial this package suggests two other packgages: chromedriver and
firefoxdriver. These packgages are not available in Xenial. Only
Chromium-chromedriver is.

Unfortunately, python-selenium does not provide webdrivers, so they have
to be installed separately. Why aren’t they available? This greatly
hampers the usefulness of python-selenium.

** Affects: python-selenium (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
