It seems to me that if you were to force sync 2.2.5-3 from Debian Experimental, that this delta would be no longer needed, but I'm a little skeptical because it's Debian Experimental and it wasn't uploaded to Sid. It also doesn't include the same changes we made, and I'm not familiar enough with the package to make a call on whether or not the delta would still be needed.
I'll leave it up to the reviewer to decide whether or not to force sync from Experimental or wait until it's uploaded to Sid and take my patch for now. If you decide to take my patch, it's attached. Thanks! ** Patch added: "5-1-to-5-1ubuntu1.patch" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vlc/+bug/1685054/+attachment/4865867/+files/5-1-to-5-1ubuntu1.patch ** Summary changed: - Merge 2.2.5-1 from Debian Sid + Merge 2.2.5-1 from Debian Sid or sync from Debian Experimental -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1685054 Title: Merge 2.2.5-1 from Debian Sid or sync from Debian Experimental To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vlc/+bug/1685054/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
