Public bug reported:
Resolution of LP: #1645591 added support for Exar USB UART devices in
Ubuntu Xenial kernel. However, the devices fail to RX data after system
resumes from suspend-to-ram(S3) and suspend-to-disk(S4). This bug is to
track the integration of the driver released by the vendor to fix this
issue.

Exar serial devices are typically enuremated as /dev/ttyXRUSB[0-3]
