Impact: In some circumstances, cupsys does not start (like, a previous installation from upstream, or an upgrade with modified configuration from Breezy, in particular if RunAsRoot was disabled). Does not affect the default installation. Patch: http://librarian.launchpad.net/4313481/patch Instead of only setting permissions of log files when they are created, fix the permissions everytime in the init script.
