Public bug reported:

I'm using 3 displays on Ubuntu 16.04 x64. First of a notebook screen
3200x1600 and 2 monitors 1920x1200 and 1050x1680 (anticlockwise
rotated). So every time I login into system, I see that wallpaper is set
to "Centre" in my Appearance settings, even if I set any other mode like
a "Zoom" which I prefer, after system power off cycle it again be a
"Centre".
