Public bug reported:
1) Ubuntu 16.04 and Ubuntu 16.10
2) pm-utils 1.4.1-16
3) I expect the machine to suspend without delay. On Ubuntu 15.10 the my
machine used to suspend in 1-2 seconds.
4) It takes over 10 seconds before the machine is suspended.
