In fact even your example resorts well:
$ cat << EOF > /tmp/foooo
4.9.0-15
4.4.0-45
4.10.0-19
EOF
$ sort -rh /tmp/foooo
4.10.0-19
4.9.0-15
4.4.0-45
I checked if your lines were suggestions of the actual fix but current byobu
has -rh already.
