  I  know some people are having problems with specific applications.
- For me, the scroll speed is too slow everywhere, and in some applications

- I've tried using xinput and setting Evdev Scrolling Distance did not help as 
it was already set to "1" (the fastest velocity). (Why isn't it a float, 
anyway?)
- Since I couldn't solve it I filed it as a bug, as it is hindering my 
day-today use of ubuntu.
