freshly upgraded to gutsy When opening https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/Docs/downloadforms/CombinedFirstYearForms2008.pdf , evince fails to show some portions of text (see the 'personal essay' section). The interesting bit is that the missing text appears when making a selection in the area.
