I can perform the bisect for you and post test kernels. I'll perform a "Reverse" bisect between v4.11-rc5 and v4.11-rc6 since -rc6 fixes the bug. That will tell us the commit that fixes the bug, which we can then SRU to the affected Ubuntu kernels.
