* Merge from Debian. Remaining changes:
- Keep the default-display-manager file logic in sddm.postinst.
- Keep kubuntu-specific patches:

+ kubuntu_minimum_vt.diff instead of 03_vt7-minimum-vt.diff
* Dropped changes:
- Remove debian/patches/upstream_autologin_fallback.diff as it's
reverse-applicable.
* Refresh patches.
