Public bug reported:
subiquity should have flicker-less boot, which means that we should
disable blinking cursor on boot.
We possibly want to change the bootsplash, if the installer defaults to
black background, we should have a black bootsplash with white ubuntu
text logo and orange circle of friends, rather than purple background.
