In the page source, the error seems to occur when there are dns-prefetch entries on a web page, as this is the only reference to the host that was being repeated in my log (<link rel="dns-prefetch" href="//cf.shareasimage.com">), and with dnsmasq turned off (so it should just use the dns servers from my ISP) cf.shareasimage.com can't be resolved
