I have tried finding any parameter that could fix this miss-configuration in
this folder:
/usr/share/themes/oxygen-gtk/gtk-3.0
but I was not successful.
please help me.
the problem gos like this when moving the mouse over an tab in firefox
the tooltip should display the site title, but instead its only a black
box.
