Public bug reported:
Starting with an Ubuntu 16.04 system with charm installed from
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/KDAB/, and upgrading to
17.04 using do-release-upgrade ( first from 16.10, then to to 17.04 ),
this also updates charm to the version in the zesty repositories ( since
the upgrade disables the third party repository ), but trying to start
charm returns the following error:
charmtimetracker: error while loading shared libraries:
libqt5keychain.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
This problem does NOT seem to occur when doing a fresh install of Ubuntu
17.04. Though, when I did the fresh install, it was from a beta iso,
but I have updated since.
