Public bug reported:
I use the stable release of Ubuntu 7.10 with an Ati X1600 and Compiz Fusion
working properly with the Ati restricted driver and the xgl server.
When I click on System->Preferences->Appearance I can't navigate between the
different tabs. Sometimes, if I click on the tabs just when the window is
opened, I can select a different tab, such as Visual Effects, but I can't
change the options in here, as the window freezes and it only responds to the
close button.
I also can't change font types or themes, so this is very frustrating.
