Public bug reported:

When working with realmd, it says in the /usr/lib/realmd/realmd-
distro.conf that packagekit is used to determine which packages are
installed. Realmd doesnt list packagekit as a dependency and if it is
not installed, it won't join because it can't find if the required
packages are installed.

3) All dependencies were installed
4) Packagekit is needed but not listed as a dependency
