Sorry for no feedback. I've been running Windows 10 to exclude the possibility of hardware issues. It's been running for over 2 weeks with no issue. Today I installed kernel 4.11 (vmlinuz-4.11.0-041100rc7-lowlatency). I will continue testing the board and update when I get anything.
One thing I noticed on 4.10 is error in dmesg May 07 19:25:20 server kernel: smpboot: CPU0: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU J4205 @ 1.50GHz (family: 0x6, model: 0x5c, stepping: 0x9) May 07 19:25:20 server kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: CPU 0: Machine Check: 0 Bank 4: e600000000020408 May 07 19:25:20 server kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: TSC 0 ADDR fef13b80 May 07 19:25:20 server kernel: mce: [Hardware Error]: PROCESSOR 0:506c9 TIME 1494177867 SOCKET 0 APIC 0 microcode 1e May 07 19:25:20 server kernel: Performance Events: PEBS fmt3+, Goldmont events, 32-deep LBR, full-width counters, Intel PMU driver. It doesn't show each time I boot the server. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1682999 Title: Ubuntu crashes on Intel j4205 Apollo Lake To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1682999/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
