Public bug reported:

After upgrading my Dell Latitude E6400, computer was running very
slowly.

After few search, with powertop, I found that three modules was consuming lot
of CPU:
- snd_hda_codec_idt
- snd_hda_codec_generic
- snd_hda_intel
(like
https://askubuntu.com/questions/91359/100-0-usage-by-audio-codec-hwc0d0-realtek)

After adding them in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-snd.conf, my computer
works again like a charm, with cost of missing sound.

Ubuntu 4.10.0-20.22-generic 4.10.8
