Public bug reported:
When installing 7.10, I discovered that the install will hang on 82%. It
will not hang the computer. This was caused by the fact that my computer
got an IP from my router, but was not connected to the internet.
Ubuntu tried to update from the internet during install, but could not
get any information. I suggest you put a timeout on that function, so it
will just move on when it can't get it's updates.
