Public bug reported:
The XFCE weather plugin uses an API service from met.no. Unfortunately,
the API version used by xfce4-weather-plugin 0.8.6 (here on Xenial) has
expired, and we cannot get any weather info anymore.
This problem has been solved upstream in version 0.8.9. It should be
backported as the current version is useless.
