Yet this still it is a bug, as the application should tell the user this shortcut is not a posibillity, as a NORMAL user does NOT expect a window information box to appear when defining a shortcut. Configuration issues should not exists in applications focused on the end user. When one defines a shortcut ANYTHING you click should be registered and the keystroke should not even be triggered by other applications.
