I don't undestand how this doesn't fit the second criteria "Bugs which
represent severe regressions from the previous release of Ubuntu".
The previous package in Dapper worked and a subsequent upgrade broke
printing. (I am reporter of bug 57706 which was marked a duplicate of
this one)
