Hadiths are what give different interpretations to the Quran.
For example, the Quran says establish prayer and Zakat.
If you read the verse of the Quran, you can basically take the word
prayer and mean it to anything and zakat set to any amount.
However, from hadiths of the prophet Muhammed (SWS), we know that
Zakat is fixed at 2.5
