Public bug reported:
By default sosreport collects only syslog and syslog.1, kern.log and
kern.log.1, etc. It does not collect syslog.2 or higher (or kern.log.2
or higher, etc), even if all the syslog (or kern.log, etc) files are
under the size limit.
This can lead to missing log information, if it's older than the last 2
rotated log files.
