Please go on with your good reports and feedback.

In general the preferred way of "should I open a new bug or not" is:
- open a new bug
- refer to the old one in the initial description (launchpad will make a link 
from "bug <number>)
- If on the discussion everybody agrees it might be dupped to the original one 
and that one re-opened, but honestly that is rare
- Since it likely needs a new fix a new bug number is preferred anyway.
