Default installation fails to run, returning a 500 Internal Server Error
when navigating to the graphite web frontend.

139738154194816] mod_wsgi (pid=9344): Target WSGI script '/usr/share
/graphite-web/graphite.wsgi' cannot be loaded as Python module.
The issue is resolved if the file /usr/share/graphite-web/graphite.wsgi
is made executable.
