Public bug reported:
have a printer scanner samsung m2070w. I have downloaded and installed the
drivers from samsung website. printer works fine, however scanner is not
detected by xsane, despite process reporting successfull driver installation.
on sane-find-scanner this is reported:
found USB scanner (vendor=0x04e8 [Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.],
product=0x3469 [M2070 Series]) at libusb:002:111
it was working fine on 16.04
this is a fresh installation of 17.04
Pls help, my work is stuck now.
