I think that in fact , there is no problem .Just a lack of knowledge on
GTK API on our side :-( .
The popu you see should in fact contain the "Restoring ..." text and be there
to show that there are some processing . It should have been threaded but it's
not that why the UI freezes when restoring.
But the bug is still valid and need to be addressed.
