Public bug reported:

VirtualBox version on 17.04 has been moved to this version (out of
proposed), but, this remains at proposed. This breaks VB for installs
that are using virtualbox-ext-pack.

To further clarify:

   * This version of virtualbox-ext-pack is in "Proposed" status (version:
virtualbox-ext-pack 5.1.22-2~17.04.1)
   * All the other Virtual Box packages have been moved to status "Updates" for
5.1.22-2~17.04.1
   * If you don't have "Proposed" updates enabled, and you have VB and
VB-ext-pack installed, the update of VB to 5.1.22 forces uninstall of
VB-ext-pack
   * This results in broken configurations for VM's that are using features
provided by VB-ext-pack (like USB 2.0 and/or WebCams).

NOTE: As a work-around, I enabled "Proposed" updates for Software
Updates and then installed the VB-ext-pack version 5.1.22... and it
seems to work. Ideally, this should not be needed. When a new version of
VB is published, the corresponding VB-ext-pack should be published as
well (they should move from "Proposed" to "Updates" at the same time).

** Affects: virtualbox-ext-pack (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
