Sorry, but how can add tag? 
So, I installed latest kernel from proposed, as I saw that config for 
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.10.17/
is same version as latest kernel from proposed. 
It is not fixed. All the same. But maybe I was able to see important detail. 
With latest kernels pc also can hang. With any cpu load, any opened program. It 
just stops working, and even alt-prtscr-reisub does not work, and usually it 
does. And I think it happens when I reboot my wifi router, so probably it is 
about wifi drivers. 
Also i was trying to 2 times on the latest kernel wihout wifi drivers 
installed, and it was just fine.
